In New York, tip went overboard. We are supposed to tip of super, any person who brings anything to our door, the barista coffee, the guy at the deli, the hair washer and designer, the taxi driver and the doorman. With the time of the holiday season, it gets even more complicated. Now we are supposed to start in a few bucks more when get our nails made. Sigh. But what of the hairdresser?
